Our mission

Choosing where to live is one of the biggest decisions you'll make, yet the information to make it well is scattered across a dozen places.

Our mission is to bring that picture together, so you can judge an address or an entire area at a glance, without juggling browser tabs or trusting gut feel.

What we cover today

We currently cover London. For any address, you can see nearby amenities and routes by walking, cycling, driving and public transportation by rail, local crime, rent and sale prices, air quality, deprivation, and demographics.

London is our first starting point. We want to support the whole UK pretty soon.

We keep adding to this — more data layers, more cities. If there's something you'd like to see, let us know.

Where the data comes from

We use various official and public data sources

Crime data from the UK Police API. Property prices from HM Land Registry. School ratings from Ofsted via the GIAS register. Demographics from the ONS 2021 Census. Air quality and noise from Defra. Broadband speeds from Ofcom. Deprivation scores from the Index of Multiple Deprivation. Transportation data is from Tfl.
