This is the area's weaker spot for family buyers. Schooling options nearby don't stand out compared with other parts of Wandsworth, and green space is limited, with families more likely to rely on trips to Battersea Park rather than a large local park on the doorstep. It can work for families who prioritise transport links and don't mind travelling a little further for schools and parks, but it isn't the obvious first choice for raising young children in the borough.
